Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia MARA Liner Sdn Bhd Full time

To source, negotiate and purchase necessary (e.g. parts, materials & machinery) from identified and reliable suppliers.
- Identify potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and establish favorable terms and conditions.
- To create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors, monitor contract performance and adherence to terms.
- Prepare and distribute RFQ documents to potential suppliers, Issue Purchase order (PO), follow-up Delivery and check Delivery Order. Monitor and purchase of HQ office supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Work with finance and budgeting teams to ensure procurement activities align with financial goals.
- Assist the Manager in managing some human resource functions and handling routine administrative tasks to support the procurement team.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of procurement-related documents.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as ensuring proper documentation of procurement activities, contracts, and correspondence.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
