**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Address employee concerns or grievances in a timely and empathetic manner, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
- **Payroll and Benefits Administration**: Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating overtime, deductions, and taxes. Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management, and assist employees with enrollment and inquiries.
- **Performance Management**: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating feedback sessions, tracking performance evaluations, and assisting managers with goal-setting and development plans.
- **HR Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, including maintaining employee records, filing statutory reports, and implementing workplace health and safety measures.

**Finance**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis to support decision-making.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Track expenses, variances, and trends to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and financial objectives.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Process vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and payments accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
- **Financial Audits**: Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and explanations as required. Implement audit recommendations to strengthen financial controls and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and finance roles, with knowledge of HR best practices, payroll processing, financial reporting, and budget management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ERP software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
