**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure boiler is operated in safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure boiler and its auxiliary equipment are at optimum operating condition.
- To conduct 1st level of trouble shooting when boiler and its auxiliary equipment breakdown.
- To be key participants in AM implementation in boiler house. Eg.tagging/detagging, CILT, 5S, etc.
- Contribute and update all data in meter reading log sheet, monitor water levels of boiler
- To perform chemical analysis to monitor quality of boiler water and take immediate action when the analysis is out of specification.
- To unload fuel using shovel from the lorry.
- **Ensure compliance to Health and Safety procedures as require by FMA or OSHA.**:

- Perform periodic maintenance

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM qualification**:

- Posses minimum at least **Boilerman Grade 2 certified by DOSH.**:

- Minimum **5 years** relevant experience in operation of Boiler
- **Able to work on shift as and when required**:

- Responsible and ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Malay & English)

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
