1. Prepare quotation, DO and Invoices
2. Liaise between client and supervisor in charge
3. Ensure documents sorting, daily filing of records and documents are completed
4. Work with an external consultant in implementation of ISO 9001:2015
5. Responsible as ISO document controller and internal auditor
6. Assist in daily administrative works, or any ad-hoc task.

**Requirements**:
2. Must be computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel
3. Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia
4. Able to speak Mandarin will be added advantage.
5. Responsible, organized, good personality and positive attitude
6. Careful, stressful, and able to bear certain work responsibilities
7. Preferable have knowledge in SQL Accounting Software and ISO 9001
8. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

The company founder Mr. Ooi Chin Him, was first started Hong Hin Electrical & Trading in 1987 and had expended the partnership company to private company since year 1995. The Company’s line mainly supply electrical installation towards factories as well as other different kind of buildings (high-rise building, hospital, commercial building etc).
