**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years working experience in senior management position in HR
- Well versed in HR best practices and Employment act
- Has strong management and good decision making skills
- Good people management skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily Full spectrum of HR functions.
- To plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the policies, activities, and human resources
- To manage day to day operational and administrative activities of the Human Resource Department which encompassed the Humana Resources and Office Administration team
- Human capital including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relations
- Facilitate compensation exercises for all level of employees including salary review and yearly performance management, to ensure internal equity is maintained in salary administration
- Payroll calculation, ensure payment of salaries/wages and statutory deductions
- To manage learning and development requirements by ensuring that the annual training plan is produced based on identified performance gap
- To lead an administrative team to manage all office administration matter

**Salary**: RM16,000.00 - RM23,000.00 per month
