Monitor marketing commission claims.
- Maintain employees leaves, medical and attendance record.
- Keeping track of employees attendance.
- Monitor OT and staff claims.
- Prepare and release monthly salary.
- Handle HR.my system.
- Prepare EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB submission.
- Monitor staff disciplinary issues.
- Prepare letters such as appointment letter, disciplinary related letter, MEMO's and official letters.
- Monitoring company secretarial documents.
- Arrange for weekly meetings.
- Taking minutes of meeting.
- Monitor office clerical works.
- Monitor stationary and other inventories.
- Receive and monitor mails and phone calls..
- Monitor the organization’s income and expenses.
- Managing records and receipts.
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Processing invoices.
- Record account payable and account receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Track bank deposits and payments.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Prepare AGM meeting slides and presented.
- Prepare and arranged documents for auditing purpose.
- Handling and collecting students course fee & hostel fee.
- Prepare students payment structure.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
