**Responsibilities**

**HR Roles and Responsibilities.**
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and contract renewal.
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
- Prepare staff insurance forms and communicate with Insurance company. Monitor Insurance renewal.
- Monitor staff contract end date and renewal.

**Admin Roles and Responsibilities.**
- Schedule job interviews and share vacancy information with recruiters.
- Prepare training and onboarding material.
- Getting timesheet from staff and prepare monthly invoice to client and inter companies.
- Calculate staff commission.
- Invoice Partner for monthly staff salary

**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (required)
- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
