**Roles & Responsibilities：**

1. Responsible for the operation and management of data center infrastructure to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

2. Responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and management of the entire data center's infrastructure, assets, and vendor management.

3. Communicate with government departments related to electricity, fire-fighting, and water supply to ensure energy supply and preventive measures.

4. Deploy and organize the work of the data center's safe operation, ensuring planned and systematic implementation by department employees.

5. Implement effective energy management plans and continually improve systems while deepening energy-saving measures.

6. Develop, review, and release SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs related documents to facilities team.

7. Conduct effective job skills training for FM staff and execute performance appraisals.

8. Coordinate and optimize departmental collaboration processes while maintaining good communication and coordination with relevant departments.

9. Responsible for reviewing, implementing, and accepting FM-related engineering plans.

10.Inspect, organize, archive data, documents, and forms related to the data center's FM.

11.Develop plans for new data center takeovers, complete recruitment of operations engineers, and on-duty personnel.

**Requirements：**

1. **Bachelor's degree** or above in **Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.**

2. **More than ten years of relevant experience** in medium/large scale data center (2N M&E infrastructure system, Distributed-Redundancy) infrastructure operations and at least three years of management experience.

3. High awareness of safety risks to ensure reliable data center operations.

4. Proficient in the operation and maintenance of high-voltage/low-voltage/UPS/diesel generators/HVAC/plumbing/fire safety/security/access control/monitoring systems.

5. Familiar with data center standards such as TIA-942, GB/T 50174-2008; Knowledge of ITSM concepts and standards, including ITIL/ISO 20000; and knowledge of incident/change/problem management processes.

6. Effectively manage and drive the data center's basic operations team, conduct operational services including daily operations, emergency response, and continuous improvement.

7. Effectively manage data center vendor services to ensure outsourced services such as maintenance and engineering meet data center operational requirements and company management policy requirements.

8. Ability to plan resources based on existing data center facilities, power, and cooling capacities, and develop solutions for specific customer resource needs.

9. Experience in energy management to continuously optimize data center energy consumption levels and PUE.

10.Strong writing skills to develop various types of forms, records, reports, and plans according to company management requirements, data center operation needs, and client demands.

11.Strong communication skills to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal company departments, municipal departments, service providers, clients, etc.

12.Strong sense of responsibility, ensuring stable data center operations from the perspectives of the company, data center, and clients, delivering excellent infrastructure and environmental services to clients.
