Crewing Executive

Crew Deployment: Coordinate crew deployment, including crew planning, scheduling, and travel arrangements. Ensure timely and efficient crew changes, taking into account visa requirements, medical clearances, and crew rotation schedules.

Crew Management: Maintain crew records and personnel files, including documentation related to certifications, contracts, and performance evaluations. Monitor crew performance, conduct regular appraisals, and identify training and development needs.

Crew Welfare: Support the welfare and well-being of crew members, addressing concerns, providing assistance in emergencies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and industry standards, such as the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with international regulations, flag state requirements, and company policies regarding crew certification, training, and documentation. Maintain accurate crewing-related records and reports.

Crew Retention: Implement initiatives to promote crew retention, job satisfaction, and career development opportunities. Establish effective communication channels with crew members to address concerns, provide feedback, and maintain a positive working environment.

Crew Performance Monitoring: Monitor crew performance and conduct regular evaluations to assess competency, adherence to procedures, and compliance with safety and operational standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures.

Crew Training and Development: Coordinate and arrange crew training programs, ensuring compliance with STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) requirements. Facilitate onboard training, including drills, safety briefings, and competency assessments.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vessel operators, crewing agencies, training institutes, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication, compliance, and coordination of crewing operations.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
