- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of success in leading infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking components, as well as cloud-based solutions such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of IT professionals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

Professional certifications, such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
