QA Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage overall QC department are functions well.
- Monitor all activities related Quality Control & Quality Assurance to ensure the company operations in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP & HALAL.
- Ensure quality in products analyzing and provide solutions for quality improvements as well as inspection planning and quality auditing.
- Carry out internal audit to finalize finding result according to QA policy and procedure to ensure compliance to relevant requirement.
- Carry out investigation on any non-conformance product and perform necessary corrective actions to ensure conformance Quality Assurance requirement.
- Conduct testing, evaluating, verifying and report preparation.
- Responsible for product research & development upon request by top management.
- Responsible for trains & supervising subordinate.
- Review current standards and policies
- Coordinate and manage system improvement meeting and its activities
- Handle any finished products issues especially that requires justification prior to release (ensure proper investigate and verification done prior to release of products)
- Develop product formulation, ensure formulas are stable and comply to regulations
- Managing product development time, cost, and quality
- Sourcing suitable packaging and ensuring compatibility with formulation
- Manage, follow up, corrective on the NCR and scar of audit
- Troubleshoot product quality issues and investigate trade complaints
- Other ad-hoc duties assign by supervisor and management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Food Technoloogy/Microbiology or any related relevant qualification.
- At least 4 years of working experience in quality assurance and food safety.
- Good knowledge of HACCP, FSSE, GMP etc.
- Experienced in food safety and any related documentation audits.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software tools.

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
