Our client is looking to collaborate with talented people for the **SDA/ It Helpdesk (Thai speaker) **role.

**Role Title: SDA/ It Helpdesk (Thai speaker)**

**Type: Contract with Abhidi Solution**

**Work Location: Bukit Jalil, Malaysia**

**Mode: Work from Office**

**Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Bangkok time)**

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA’s)**

Ensure critical issues are escalated to appropriate teams & management

Must be able to troubleshoot user queries via calls, mails & multiple channels

Must be able to answer phones from users professionally and respond to user inquiries and complaints.

Must be able to handle installation, configuration & upgrading of company's software

Should possess excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.

Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.

Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
