Our Procurement Team provides support for regional and corporate projects. We are in contact with local and regional teams to collaborate and innovate. We manage the buying process and engage in commercial sourcing management to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for company.

As a Regional Procurement and Sourcing Manager APAC, you will be responsible for:

- Managing overall performance of the regional Sourcing & Procurement team
- Being the region SME for Procurement & Sourcing process and escalation matters. This includes managing problems and scheduling changes.
- Managing steady relationships with suppliers for Purchase Order (PO) execution
- Presenting to Oilfield services leaders on business solutions within functional area and discipline.
- Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about changes of policy and implementation
- Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Have 10 years’ experience and above in procurement & sourcing (raw materials or semi-finished goods)
- Have past or current experience in oil & gas or manufacturing industry.
- Have prior leadership, people management or project management experience (At Region Level)
- Have experience in Microsoft office proficiency and SAP experience.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Have customer service mindset and attention to detail with good interpersonal skills.
- Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
