**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required skill(s): mortgage sales, relationship management, development of strategic partnerships/alliances
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Manage and lead Mortgage Sales Centre (MSC) to achieve monthly and yearly targets and KRAs
a. Plan and strategize with team to achieve targets
b. Provide the team with clear directions on sourcing

a. Closely track and monitor each sales person’s performance
b. Continuously provide coaching and guidance for improvement
c. Join sales team on their sales call to provide on-the-job training
d. Identify suitable staff for promotion and career development.
e. Ensure that headcount is met and within budget
- 3. Develop strategic partnerships to source and build the business
a. Source for good and viable developers / projects to be included on the bank’s panel for end financing
b. Develop strong relationships with our business associates such as lawyers and valuers to obtain business referrals
c. Build and expand on relationship with estate agencies for business referrals.
- d. Mobilize sales force effectively at developer launches, roadshows, property exhibitions etc to capture new sales
- 4. Strongly advocate the importance of providing good service to customers
5. Ensure that sales are done in compliance with business policies, practices and regulations.

2. Headcount is within the target and budget
3. No major finding / loss as a result of fraud or compliance issues
