About the job:
What you will be doing?- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, which includes developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications, performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.- Manage and constantly improve the recruitment process and full life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.- Partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts and provide guidance throughout the whole hiring process.- What you bring?- A completed bachelor’s degree, preferably 5 -10 years of Semiconductor or agencies experience.- Good command of the English language.- Proactive, result driven and importantly with great passion in talent acquisition.- Last but not least, you are a real team player with excellent communication skills.
