As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation, having accurate delivery order and complying to Company's safety policies.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Ensure the invoice, document and the delivery order is accurate.
- Generate delivery documents according to delivery planning in a timely manner.
- Documentation management and storage, ensure documents are well kept.
- Comply to Air Liquide safety plans, site safety policy & etc.

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Minimum of 2 year of working experience in similar industry preferably.
- Good written and communication skills.
