Branch Operations Manager

**Overview**:
**Salary**:
10,500 MYR ~ 13,500 MYR**Industry**:
Retail/Distribution(Other)- Prepare daily report which consists of market updates, branch updates, marketing activity, booking, registration, showroom traffic and roadshow updates.
- Follow up and report on outstanding booking and latest status update from Branch Managers.
- Follow up on financial outstanding update from Branch Managers and ensure that they update on the latest disbursement progress.
- Analyse sales data of individual Branches and discuss with Branch Managers on corrective sales strategy
- Follow up for latest update on sales forecast.
- Follow up and review roadshow reports from Branches to monitor effectiveness of roadshow venue
- Follow up with Branch Managers on the implementation of their action plans and progress
- Obtain latest data from Hubspot and follow up with Branches on latest status update for online leads
- Follow up with Branches and review latest status update for roadshow prospects, and update roadshow record accordingly.
- Check and approve sales incentive, commission and overriding, and insurance commission claims from branches prior to submission to HR and Finance.
- Review and discuss branch monthly action plan.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills and strong writing and presentation skills.
- Required skills: Computer literate, good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Positive attitude, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated, and high sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.**English Level**:

Malay, Mandarin, English
