Requirement
- Female only
- Diploma in Business Development/Fashion Design or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to work under pressure, fast paced environment and long hours
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to solve practical problems
- Good human management skills
- Willing to be based in any branch as directed by Management

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall branch daily operation, including floor display, stock management, manpower deployment and allocation, equipment and overall branch maintenance, permit and license, etc.
- To be accountable for the performance and profitability of the branch
- To be responsible for the management of all staff and workers for the branch, including training, coaching and supervising the staff, ensuring all staff and workers work according to all Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) Set
- Monitoring each of the operations and devising strategies to streamline them
- Monitoring and analysing sales turn over for efficient stock ordering achieving maximum profitability
- Consistently reviewing floor display to ensure efficient space usage and shelf display
- To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all the area of the branch including selling floor, warehouse and cool room.
- To be in-charged of the proper maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and fixtures and fitting of the branch.
- To ensure the efficient ordering of goods and sufficient stock supply at all times, no out of stock and no over order situation for the branch.
- Prepare reports on sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolving customer problems as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
