**Job description**
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
- Site visit and site measurement.
- Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;
- Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders;
- Allocating work to subcontractors;
- Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use;
- Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
- CIDB registrations
- To manage in tender documentation, contract administration, quantities calculation,BQ drafting and pre-post contract activities during construction.
- Make sure all documentations such as drawings and instructions from consultants are listed and kept in order in compliance with company standard of procedures;
- Prepare and Keep Cost Data for Procurement, Cost & Contract Department;
- Able to Take-off Quantities from Drawings and Prepare Bills of Quantities;
- Responsible for Material Sourcing and Control;
- Prepare Progress Report.
- Obtain Quotation from Contractors and Suppliers;
- Preparation of Letter of Award or Works Order to Subcontractors;
- Provide support to the Project Management team on managing the Project;
- Attend Technical and Site Meeting whenever required;
- Attending to Contractual Matter
- Review and advise on the material ordered from site in terms of the description, quantity and quality in relation to the works to be carried out

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, committed and good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Able to communicate with different level of people.
- Good knowledge in taking-off, costing, tender preparation, evaluation of claims and finalization of account.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Malay and Chinese will be an advantage.
