Insight and Content Marketing Manager

**Role Overview**:The K-C Professional (B2B) Asia Pacific Insight and Content Marketing Manager will work with the Global, CX and cluster sales & activation teams to compile market intelligence data to be the regional segment expert and produce relevant marketing content to help penetrate our market share

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Thought leadership/Segment content creation
- Lead content and campaign execution plan for priority category projects
- Content translation management
- Localisation of segment stories
- Claims management

**Priorities**:

- Develop best in class campaigns that engage with customers throughout their buying journey positioning KCP as a trusted adviser and create demand for our products and services
- Translate customer and segment insights into compelling marketing materials/ messaging
- Develop collateral & tools which support conversions at each stage at the funnel.
- Lead content development and campaign execution plan for business priority category/product.

- Can translate customer and segment insights into compelling marketing materials/ messaging
- Delivers impactful, compelling marketing content, strong attention to detail, and engages in user testing to continually improve
- Ability to understand different cluster nuances
- Reports on the KPIs for all demand generation tactics and execute and communicate to the organization progress against targets

**Content Creation and Execution**
- Regional guardian to KCP Global Brand Identity Guidelines
- Strong attention to detail, and an eye for creating impactful marketing content. Engages in User testing to continually improve.
- Develops a calendar of content marketing programs that align with the business strategy to drive incremental pipeline and revenue for the business (incl. Distributor Webinars, trade shows)
- Strategic storyteller who uses content to create connections, helps people and customers engage, and inspire others to action
- Understands digital marketing infrastructure including website, ABM platforms, marketing automation platform (Pardot), social selling tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ Videolicious), Showpad and other systems and services
- Localizes the segment and brand stories provided by the Global team for local market relevance to incorporate differentiators and market sensitivities. Develops and maintains segment profiles. Develops and maintains message translations.

**Essential Qualifications**
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience within a B2B environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult, partner and work effectively with business leaders and business partners across cultures and functions
- Highly skilled in influencing people and achieving objectives collaboratively
- Time management - ability to manage multiple contributors for projects in order to deliver on time
- Business / Commercial Acumen: Solid analytical skills, financial acumen and commercial grounding
