Brand Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to enhance the brand's visibility, reputation, and market share. Your primary focus will be on creating cohesive brand messaging across various channels to effectively reach and engage target audiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and drive brand awareness and loyalty.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Brand Strategy Development**:
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors' activities.
- Define the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
**2. Campaign Planning and Execution**:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including advertisements, collateral, and digital content.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
**3. Brand Messaging and Communication**:
- Develop clear and consistent brand messaging that resonates with target audiences and reinforces brand identity.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content, including copywriting, visual assets, and multimedia presentations.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing materials and communications.
**4. Partnerships and Sponsorships**:
- Identify strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with external organizations, influencers, and media outlets.
- Measure the impact of partnerships and sponsorships on brand awareness and perception.
5. **Market Analysis and Insights**:
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct regular market analysis and gather customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing plans.
**6. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of brand messaging and consistency across touchpoints.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for brand standards and values within the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in brand marketing or related roles, with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and innovation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including digital analytics, social media management, and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in the medical aesthetic industry is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
