**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Partner Integration Specialist, your role will be salient to the overall growth at iPrice. You report to Head of Partner Integration and work closely alongside with our Business Development, Tech and Product teams to ensure high quality of catalogues are properly curated onto our platform along with ensuring merchants are onboarded efficiently, whilst providing technical support for any integration challenges.

You will manage end to end integration and onboarding of new merchants/partners on to our platform with the support with respective teams to ensure the highest standard of delivery and day to day operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure successful onboarding of new e-commerce merchants onto our platform throughout each stage of the lifecycle.
- Ensure fresh feed is integrated as expected and before cut-off time.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of merchant’s needs and goals to further drive their performance by building knowledge of our integration tools and requirements and understanding the impact of any data issue that arises.
- Provide technical support when necessary to merchants before and after sales.
- Respond and escalate product/technical related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Participate in cross functional initiatives within the team to drive process improvements or knowledge sharing.
- Formulate standards and execute work process improvements for day-to-day operations.
- Ensure all day-to-day administrative tasks are completed and in accordance with merchant, internal processes and governance.
- Analyse, monitor, forecast and make recommendations on merchant experience and internal efficiency improvements.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferred degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or relevant fields
- High attention to detail and able to spot issues within the feed and its’ configurations.
- A strong affinity for analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, innovation, and hands-on execution.
- Able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, independent with an eagerness to learn.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities with efficient time management skills, able to multitask.
- A positive and open-minded attitude towards any challenges that may arise.
- Prior experience with e-Commerce, digital advertising, or startups is an advantage.
- Basic HTML, Product Feed and Tracking Pixel knowledge, API integrations is an advantage.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
