Salary Range : MYR1, 500 (Basic Wage) + Attendance Allowance + Personal & Group Commission

Reporting To : Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor (Retail Store)

**SUMMARY**:
**Position Summary**

1. To create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals in accordance with customer service guideline provided.

2. Provide excellent customer service, assist customers with choices and share information about the product when recommending product to meet their needs.

3. Create positive shopping experience, maintain a clean, organized and welcoming shopping environment.

4. Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner while ensuring recurring business.

5. Promote a positive, engaging and ethical working environment.

Job Responsibilities:
**Business Excellence**
- Work to achieve individual sales and other store targets.
- Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers.
- Maintain a tight control on discounting and giveaways/ discontinued products.
- Ensure all monies and sales transactions are handled and processed accurately and efficiently in accordance to the operation procedures.

**Customer Service**
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of customer service standards, products, promotions, and sales events to effectively communicate with customers and upsell products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to enhance customer interactions and sales effectiveness.
- To comply with brand standards, company SOP and the Code of Business Conduct.
- Work with managers to handle and resolve customer complaints.

**Retail & Operation Excellence**
- Perform store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs.
- Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.
- Maintaining and upholding the company & brand’s image through appropriate grooming in accordance to

Grooming guidelines at all times.
- Ensure shelves are stocked and neatly organized, replenishing merchandise as needed as per Visual Merchandising standards.
- Execute daily/ monthly/ seasonally Visual Merchandising launch zone set-up in store.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including display areas, fitting rooms, stockroom and checkout counters.
- Responsible to collect feedback from customer using Customer Satisfaction Survey Rating form.
- Be vigilant and practice regular checks on staff movements during operating hours.

**Inventory Management**
- Collaborate with the team and Managers to manage store inventory and minimize stock losses.
- Conduct daily, monthly stock count for the store.
- Resolve stock discrepancies within 48 hours and report all findings to Managers.
- Monitor and coordinate stock receiving and price tagging according to operation procedures.
- Initiate qualitative security measures to prevent theft and pilferage.

**People Excellence**
- To uphold and maintain workplace code of conduct, including punctuality.
- To have and maintain at all times competent product knowledge.
- To consistently keep an open mind to learn and adapt new skills, new knowledges; whilst completing AREA 2.0 learning modules as per assigned.

**Reporting**
- To support Managers in collating data for all reports pertaining to sales, customer service, accounts, logistics in a timely manner.
- Any ad-hoc reporting as required by the Managers.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Minimum SPM with 2 years working experience as a sales promoter/sales assistant. Preferably from a Departmental or retail store background.

2. Pleasant personality, outspoken and friendly attitude.

3. Preference given to individuals who knows how to alter pants.

4. Willing to work long hours, on weekends and on Public Holidays

5. Able to work with a diversified group of people and is a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
