**Job Scope**:
1) New opening outlet
b) TNB & SYABAS - change owner/company name (if applicable)
c) Telephone & internet line - maxis provider (if tel&internet no coverage use redone&digi)
d) Fax/credit card line - TM
e) Fixture Ordering - Britelite/zodiac/sinchanlee/fire fighter
f) Supply carpet/doorbell/shelf tag/plastic container
g) Signage (pass all to marketing Kenny)
2) HQ & Outlet Maintenance/Request
a) Write down all problems at task list and inform team thru whatsapp. If urgent direct call Eddie.
b) Leakage issue and electric trip consider urgent.
c) Cctv problem - rectify the issue with outlet staff first, do troubleshoot and if still occur report to tech evo.
d) Aircond problem - rectify the issue with outlet staff first, do troubleshoot and if still occur report to kenleong.
e) Good Hoist Lift - powertechnic (service 3 times per year) License renew every year
f) Passenger Lift - Cekatan Tech (service every month) License renew every year
g) Fire Extinguisher Renewal - follow batch for renew
h) Pest Control - once a year (mpsj follow contract if applicable)
3) Account Matter
a) Invoice to keep at folder for Eddie approval and boss approval
b) Every invoice submits to account for payment
c) Must record everything at google sheet and blue book (account reference)
d) Petty cash boss - record at book, inform boss details, acct open PV, req money from boss
e) Petty cash maintenance - acct will give money to both maintenance, record all for claim.
f) Petty cash staff - records all, fill in form and submit to boss and account.
g) Outlet sales report - verify discrepancy
h) Outlet petty cash - record all at outlet expenses sheet
4) Outlet morning briefing & operation hour & cctv matter
a) Make sure outlet do briefing everyday
b) Monitor outlet operation hours
c) To ensure cctv all working & security matter
5) Filing Adjustment
a) Filing all follow folder and by outlet or supplier
**Job Requirements**:
- Able to complete given tasks within a deadline
- Skills: Multitasking, positive attitude, time management, prioritizing skill, willing to learn attitude, responsible, communication etc
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
