QA administration - Daily Attendance, Overtime, purchase any equipment or stationery & etc.
- Report preparation - Daily, Weekly or Monthly related with QA dept. & etc.
- System update related with QA ( Internal rejection, Incoming, ROG, On-hold part & others related to Quality.
- Organized ISO 9001 & 14001 document and maintain quality records and QA documentation
- To assign document number, update document, duplication and distribution of controlled document to user
- Save document to PDF copy and keep at Server with controlled printing
- Involve in ISO 9001 & 14001 internal & external body audit.
- Update the RoHS standard (base on customer or international standard e;g ChemSherpa, JAMP & etc )for new product / ECR change or others.
- Monitor and update SDS (Safety Data Sheet) and RoHS Report by yearly.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration control of inspection, measuring and test equipment. Equipment/ machine is calibrated, at specified intervals, prior to use, against measurement standards traceable to international or national measurement standards
- Conduct Internal equipment calibration ( If any )
- Arrange External equipment calibration
- Update the calibration report & equipment label

Any other duties & responsibilities as and when assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
