We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team in Malaysia. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop essential skills in a fast-paced environment.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Client Engagement: Communicate with prospects to understand their needs, present our products/services, and address any inquiries or objections.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals to support the sales process.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Reporting: Produce weekly/monthly reports to update management and offer insights on lead quality
- Learning and Development: Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions and self-study.

**What we seek**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to accurately engage potential users (Fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
- Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships
- Can-do attitude and grit to seize new opportunities and make things happen
- Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel or Gsuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

**What you’ll need**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program / Diploma program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
