- Daily Generate Inbound and Outbound Process in SAP
- To monitor and control receiving and dispatch operations from WM SAP System
- First line support to WM SAP system
- Trouble shoot the problems before escalating to the next level of support
- To filter all the EM SAP System requirement before raining it to the next level of escalation

**Job Requirement**
- Good knowledge in computer and Literacy in Microsoft packages.
- SAP basic knowledge
- Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customer’s concerns and requirements.
- Handling customer service enquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Constructive and effective communication skills.
- Able to work as an integral member of a team environment.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
