**JOB SUMMARY**
- Provide administrative support to the Campus Principal, Head of Secondary and teachers through the preparation of letters, notices, forms, etc. logistic arrangement arising from school activities and events
- Update and maintain the student database of the school
- Attend leadership/school meetings and prepare minutes
- Check attendance and make follow-up calls and print out daily attendance list
- Compile material, prepare and circulate weekly newsletters for parents and bulletins for staff.
- Update school academic calendar
- Compile assembly, newsletter and CPD schedule
- Set up booking for academic review days and PTCs.
- Be familiar with data management systems.
- Prepare medium term planning template.
- Liaise with Admissions Office on matters pertaining to admission of new students to the school (including, among others, preparation of relevant letters).
- Prepare, record and file documents pertaining to student matters such as school testimonials, school leaving certificates, information sheets or letters to parents/guardians, etc.
- Assist in handling parents’ queries and concerns.
- Assist admissions team with enquiries from new families.
- Support marketing initiatives for the school.
- Attend staff briefings and carry out follow-up action, if necessary.
- Compile monthly safeguarding return to management.
- Record emergency drills in 360 platform.
- Update handbooks, health & safety plan, evacuation notices etc. across the school.
- Liaise with parents' association.
- Undertake any other duty as and when required by the Campus Principal and Head of Secondary.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess a Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Studies with minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience
- Possess strong command in both oral and written English
- Ability to work with mínimal direct supervision.
- Fast learner, able to work under pressure and enthusiastic with positive attitude.
- Computer literate and pleasant personality.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills and maintains professional and friendly demeanor.
- Works well with a variety of students, administrators, teachers and parents
- Exhibits ability to remain polite and calm when dealing with troublesome students or frustrated parents.
- Is capable of handling confidential student records in a responsible fashion.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
