**Job description**: To ensure in matters related to Procurement, HR/personnel, and shipping run accordingly, assist in initiate and coordinate the clerical function according to company policies, assist in dealing with government agencies / authorities related matters, to assist in company order processing, assist in collecting and delivering of document related to company business operation and any other task assigned by the management

**QUALIFICATION**

1. Minimum SPM or higher
2. Minimum two (2) year working experience, preferable in Purchasing, Administration and Human Resource field.

**COMPETENCIES**

1. Familiar in SAP Purchasing is added advantages.
2. Able to work independently but yet is a team player
3. Responsible, mature, discipline and hardworking
4. Able to perform any assigned task from time to time and adapt on any sudden changes
5. Possess own transport
