We're in search of a meticulous individual to be the right-hand person of our Chief Operating Officer (COO). If you thrive on organization and love being the go-to person, this role is tailored for you

**About the Company**: Join a dynamic fintech company at the forefront of innovation in the financial services industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare polished presentation slides, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between the COO and internal teams, external partners, and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication of priorities and expectations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude.
