Administrative Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Memastikan dan mengekalkan dan memfailkan semua laporan dan rekod yang akan dikeluarkan oleh Jabatan Kualiti.
- Mengekalkan dan mengemaskinikan semua dokumen yang berdaftar dan memastikan bahawa maklumat itu adalah tepat dan terkini.
- Memastikan salinan kawalan ke atas dokumen terkini yang telah diluluskan dan diberikan kepada kakitangan yang berkenaan dan lain-lain eksekutif yang terlibat secara langsung.
- Buat pendaftaran dokumen dan menyimpan rekod perubahan dan apa yang telah dikeluarkan untuk rujukan masa depan.
- Mengemaskini dokumen GMP dalam bentuk Master & Copy.
- Memeriksa kualiti dokumen dan memastikan semua dokumen yang sesuai dengan status dan format yang dipersetujui.
- Memastikan semua dokumen berkenaan kontrak-kontrak dan Lesen hendaklah dikemaskinikan.
- Mengekalkan segmen yang berasingan untuk dokumentasi syarikat dan mematuhi prosedur kawalan dokumen.
- Memastikan semua permohonan dikemukakan dengan cara yang tepat pada masanya, kelulusan / penolakan sesuai diperolehi dan secara rasmi direkodkan dan perubahan dan semakan diuruskan sebagai sebahagian daripada proses kawalan dokumen.
- Bertanggungjawab untuk menjaga dan memelihara rahsia syarikat sebagaimana termaktub dalam polisi syarikat.
- Bertanggungjawab menyemai budaya hormat-menghormati dan saling bekerjasama antara satu sama lain dalam memastikan gerak kerja sentiasa lancar, bermutu dan sistematik.
- Lain-lain tugas yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa oleh Pihak atasan hendaklah dilaksanakan.
