**Job scope**:

- Input and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Organize and update files, records, and other documentation.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for all departments.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Required language(s) both spoken and written: English, Bahasa Malaysia
