We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Account Clerk to join our accounting team and help manage our financial transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of financial documents.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Perform data entry and manage accounting software.
- Assist with payroll processing and other accounting tasks as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks related to accounting, including filing and documentation.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) level qualification or diploma in Accounting or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Account Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
