To manage daily processing and shipment of orders for all relevant accounts.
- To liaise with production staff, ensuring orders are handed over promptly for processing.
- To answer and respond to queries regarding Order Logistics and Fulfilment.
- To monitor individual order shipment status and log each problem case.
- To contact relevant shipping service provider to ensure problem cases are resolved.
- To escalate serious and unsolvable cases to the relevant superior.
- Responsible for the timely completion of assigned tasks.
- To manage and train subordinate staff.
- Filing and clerical duties.
