Personal Assistant Director

Organize meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and meeting papers, and preparing meeting minutes.
- Assist the OM in daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, which include managing an active calendar of appointments, and completing expense reports.
- Handle personal, private, and matters professionally and confidentially.
- Ability to work under pressure
