To coordinate and communicate with internal teams on matters directed by the MD.
- To manage the chairman's travel arrangements, which include but are not limited to flight tickets, hotel reservations, and so on.
- To accompany MD for visiting clients (as translator role) domestically and internationally (which means there will be domestic business trip and oversea business trip as and when required).
- Responsible in maintaining and managing the filing system and office supplies.
- Handling in receiving, monitoring and tracking of documents (faxes, mails, courier service).

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Must be willing to travel
- Familiar with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
- At least 3 years of working experience at the same position is required for the position.
- Energetic, presentable, self-motivated, disciplined, responsible, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and capable of working independently.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
