Personal Assistant

Organise corporate events such as business events, company annual dinner, training
- Coordinate and schedule meeting, appointments and calendar
- Assist in managing databases and filing system
- Conduct basic research and data tabulation to assist CEO in preparing reports, documents and relevant materials
- Manage travel arrangements
- To liaise with clients, suppliers, SSM and other relevant authorities when required
- Undertake special assignments and Ad hoc functions as assigned
- Assist the director with personal arrangements and matters
- Prepare and submit expense claims for the director
- Responsible in managing the director’s day to day admin and operational matters
- Maintain strict confidentiality and engage professionally with individuals
**Job Requirements**
- Possess minimum diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, spreadsheets and databases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in spoken and written English as well as BM
- Good time management and proactive in resolving daily or Ad hoc tasks
- 1-2 years of relevant experience would be advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ably to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to learn and has positive attitude
- Posses own transport and willing to travel when required
- Good interpersonal and management skills
