_**Responsibilities**:_
- Recording financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, into the accounting system accurately and promptly.
- Assisting with processing invoices, payments to suppliers, and reconciliation of accounts payable. Supporting the collection of accounts receivable and recording customer payments.
- Monitoring and categorizing company expenses, ensuring they are properly documented and coded.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records, including filing and archiving documents.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, including answering phones and directing calls.
- Collaborating with other members of the finance team to accomplish departmental goals and tasks
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
- Help with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
- **Requirements**:_
- Age : 25 - 30 years old
- Minimum SPM with relevant experiences. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as AutoCount.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong math skills are essential for accurately handling financial transactions and calculations.
- Able to know English & BM & Mandarin.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and detect errors in financial documents.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication is important for interacting with colleagues and external parties.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
