Facility Maintenance Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, repair, and maintain machines and equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition, following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Serve as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for stock and machinedelivery to all outlets, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Take responsibility for the basic repair and maintenance of all outlets, including electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, to ensure a safe and functional working environment.
- Assist with warehouse work as needed, including inventory management, stock organization, and loading/unloading of goods.
- Quickly respond to emergency requests for outlet repair and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Perform any other duties and tasks directed by the Immediate Superior when necessary to support the smooth operation of logistics and facility maintenance functions.

**Requirements**:

- At least high school SPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of verifiable experience (3 or more highly desirable) maintaining various building interior and exterior surfaces, including office facilities, tools & machines, painted and papered walls.
- Experience in repair, service and maintenance of electrical, and plumbing equipment or related area.
- Trade qualifications and proven technical experience.
- Skills to includes: General Maintenance, Facility, Hand Tools, Drywall Repair, and Other Skills.
- Technical skills: specialized knowledge and expertise required to perform specific tasks and use specific tools.
- Experience in warehouse Logistic/Facilities.
- Repair and maintenance related skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provides general and detailed maintenance (either with direct or indirect supervision), including patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacement work as required.
- Performs routine machine, facility and equipment maintenance.
- Dedicates some hours every week for assistance with general office work related to the work request system.
- Repair machine and equipment as necessary.
- Handling basic repairs work includes repair doors, locks, door frames, replacing light bulbs, sockets, switches.
- Completing basic plumbing tasks for outlets which includes fixing leaking piping and toilets.
- Quickly responding to requests for emergency outlet repairs.
- Assist other related warehouse work as required.
- Perform any other duties and task assigned by the management as and when required
