**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general accounting support including invoice payments, staff claims, data entry, and banking.
- Overall filing of accounts related document and maintenance of records.
- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of client billing, monitor payment transactions.
- Manage all assigned projects including ownership of timelines, transactional client communications and reporting.
- Support a variety of administrative activities and perform other duties as assigned.
- Support recruitment for permanent team members, such as drafting job descriptions, identifying appropriate salary range, ensuring appropriate approvals, posting jobs, and drafting offer letters for assigned openings.

**Job Requirements**
- Preferable with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates can be considered.
- Good working attitude: Dependable, Dedicated and Independent.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
