**Position Title**: Accountant Executive
**Location**: Melaka
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**Rest Days**: Saturday and Sunday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- **Bookkeeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
- **Tax Compliance**: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support business planning.
- **Audit Support**: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- **Advisory Services**: Provide financial advice and insights to clients, helping them make informed business decisions.
- **Reconciliations**: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- **Payroll Processing**: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred**.
- **Minimum of [1] years of relevant experience in accounting**.
- **Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.**:
