**Job Summary**
- Key in data into accounting systems accurately.
- Verify approval documents and supporting's for accounting transactions.
- Compile summary & receipts for monthly claims reimbursements.
- Issue payment vouchers and receipt.
- Monitor aging lists from vendor and customers.
- Handle petty cash recordings and reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly payment listings.
- Monitor and record monthly utilities usage.
- Handle office purchases and administrations.
- Compute OT and Wages Payment.
- Asist Superior on other daily tasks as assigned
**Requirements.**
- SPM or fresh school leavers
- 1-2 years experience in Account Department
- Based at Elite Industrial Park (Shah Alam)
- Posses Own Transport
- Can start in short notice
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
