Monitor the progress of construction projects & liaise with all issues at construction sites. - Coordination and supervision of site works and ensuring they are in accordance to requirements and Drawings;
- Liaise with consultants, and sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues - Ensure good quality of works and manage defect rectifications. - Ensure work is done in compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations. - To monitor materials on-site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program. - Delegate the works and control the projects within the budget and schedule. - To coordinate & liaise with various parties including other departments, customer, main contractor / sub-contractor and project team involved in the project - Carry out inspection with Clerk of Work.

Besides supply and installation of stoneworks, Superior Stone also offering project co-ordination service such as inspection of material at the quarry, purchasing of material, preparing of cutting list, installation works in overseas, etc.
