**Position Summary**:
The Administrative Intern assists with general office activities as directed and determined by the HR & Admin Manager. The Administrative Intern will be responsible for assisting the Administration & HR Department in general office duties including but not limited to research, data entry, filing and general co-ordination.

**Scope of Work**:

- Assist to handle day-to-day administration tasks/activities.
- Assist in general administration duties such as data entry, organisation of files, documents, and other co-ordination duties.
- Assist in preparing words, powerpoint and excel documents.
- Assist with preparing company events.
- Provide support in resolving any administrative problems.
- Undertake ad-hoc related tasks as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Motivation with strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Applicants must be willing to work in IOI Boulevard Puchong.
- Internship position(s) for duration of 3-6 month(s).

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From RM800.00 per month
