**Job Descriptions**:

- General office administrative duties, including office maintenance, stationeries, pantries necessities, monitor company asset & laptop arrangement, printer setting arrangement for new joiners and other if necessary.
- Prepare monthly payment requisitions to finance department such as parking fee.
- Oversee staff attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain & ensure that all the staff records are complete and kept filing in hardcopy filing and update in softcopy.
- Facilitates purchase of business cards and other collateral in accordance with brand standards.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Able to commit for 6 months or more. (Preferrable intern is at the last semester, can turn to permanent staff immediately after internship.)
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an added advantage.
- Multi-tasker, willing to learn attitude, self-motivated dynamic, good in interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office.
- Able to work independently and deliver result.
- Detail-oriented.
