**What are your job responsibilities?**
- We are hiring HR Assistant / Executive who possess good organization skill and good follow-up skill.

**What is your Job Scope?**
- Support the team in handling Covid-19 matters and preventative measures.
- Check and supervise preventative measure kits and equipment are sufficient and in order.
- In-charge of filing system and ensure strong documentation within the department.
- Assist in HR projects, such as ensuring employees’ profiles up-to-date.
- Assist in HR reports when and as required.
- Assist in Recruitment process such as onboarding processing, new joiner kits, compiling relevant documents, etc.
- Assist and coordinate for HR Regional matters.
- Update organization chart as per updated headcount/ existing employees.
- Handle and support any HR operations’ functions when required.
- Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior..

**What do you need to succeed in this role?**
- At least 1 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
- Well-versed and always up-to-date with Malaysian Labour Laws or regulations related to HR policies;
- Aggressive, proactive and able to work under a fast paced and challenging environment;
- Ability for Mandarin speaking is an advantage in order to deal with our China & Hong Kong counterparts;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to lead the HR & Admin team;
- Good people skills and able to deal with all levels of employees.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
