**Recruitment and Selection**

2) Responsible in updating and creating new Staff’s ID by using the HRIS system.3) To maintain neat and efficient filing records of staff personnel.

4) Undertake necessary recruitment administrative tasks; follow-up and ensure all documentation for new staff are complete, update filling of New Hire, Resign, Transfer and Contract Staff or etc and filing resumes

5) Make staff announcement for new staff.

6) Responsible for Employee Relations - Communication/Announcements, Corporate Social Responsibility Activities, Office Functions/Events.

**ISO Certification**

1) Assist and administer the documentation for ISO on behalf of HR department.

**HRIS**

1) to key-in project code at ERP

2) to assist on checking staff claims

**Admin Matters**

1) to assist all Admin related matters such as Utilities, stationary, maintenance etc.

**Others**

1) other instruction given by the superior and management.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
