Responsibilities:
- To ensure all purchasing activities are compliance to Purchasing Standard Operating Procedure and Hospital Policy.
- To support internal customer/end user on sourcing, request for quotation and purchase of non-pharma products and services from suppliers.
- to evaluate supplier quotations, negotiates price, quality and delivery to in line with internal Hospital requirements.
- Liaise closely with inter-departments and suppliers on daily purchasing activities on requisition and delivery status.
- conducts comparative analysis source data into HIS system.
- PO creation and closely delivery status follow up.
Qualification:
- Diploma in logistics, business administration, management or relevant field.
- Min 2 years working experience related to Purchasing field (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Integrity & computer literate.
- Able to work independently and can communicate well with all levels.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Schedule:
