Accounts Assistant

**Core responsibilities**:
- Data entry for payables/ payments
- Ensure timely submission of monthly reports and schedules for review
- Process monthly and ad-hoc payment runs
- Assist in preparation of GST reports for quarterly submissions
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
- Ad-hoc activities as assigned by executives / managers e.g. assist with queries from business units or suppliers
- Ensure adherence to the accounting processes
**Job Specifications**
**Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required**:
- N / O level graduate with basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Must be willing to work overtime during payment run
- Able to start immediately preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Positive and resourceful, good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Meticulous and sharp
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience in supporting Singapore companies
