**Regional (HRBP)**:

- Assist HR Manager to give HR services to the Regional Offices (Singapore, Philippines & Indonesia) to ensure the Regional Offices HR practices are in compliance with the Group HR practices.

- Assist HR Manager in conducting yearly visits to the Regional Offices.
- Assist in the audits that involve the department such as ISO 9001, NPRA Audits, ISO 37001, etc.
- Assist HR Manager in the area of Staff Announcement as and when necessary.
- Provide HR services to any matters related to the unit functions as and when necessary.
- Prepare, update, and maintain HR reports on disciplinary, monthly HR reports, etc.
- Prepare the monthly regional staff data by the end of the monthly basis.
- Managing the sandfill system to create and update the data for regional employee
- Assist the Head of Human Resource as and when necessary.

**2. Employee Engagement**
- Responsible for the Employee Engagement Survey for the Group.
- Source and execute a survey process and metrics that will enable the Company to track employee engagement index progress
- Liaising with third-party consultants on Climate Surveys to ensure the survey is smoothly conducted.
- Responsible for liaising with assigned providers on Employee Engagement Focus Group and ensuring the focus group is conducted with all the lowest EEI score departments. To facilitate the report and update the progress of the Focus group to the HR Manager from time to time.

**3. Industrial Relation**
- To assist thorough and objective investigations on all disciplinary issues that are reported to Human Resource Department and report the case to the HR Manager for appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Assist HR Manager in preparing the necessary letters related to Industrial Relations such as show cause letter, advise, reminder, suspension without pay, or warning letter.
- Assist HR Manager in conducting and involve in due enquiry and domestic inquiry.
- Assist HR Manager on any cases referred to the Industrial Relations department.

**Job Requirement**:

- Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business or any related course.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience as a regional HRBP.
- Familiar with Regional Employment & IR Act (Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines)
- Knowledgeable on Malaysian Employment Act & Labour Law.
- Good communication skills with all levels.
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Melayu & English.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Communication - Conveying and receiving messages to meet the needs of all. This involves listening, interpreting, and delivering verbal, non-verbal, written, and electronic messages.
- Customer Service - Understanding and meeting the needs of clients. Clients are individuals or groups who use the department’s services.
- Technical - Ability to accurately and thoroughly utilize office technology.
- Interpersonal - Working cooperatively and productively with others to achieve results.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
